We need 1–3 business days to prepare and pack your order after payment is confirmed.
Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Tracking
Once your parcel is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email.
You can track the delivery status online.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If the package is lost or severely damaged during transit, please contact us with your order number and photos within 7 days after delivery. We will review and provide a solution.

丢件、破损处理
包裹若在运输途中丢失或严重破损，请在签收后7天内，提供订单号和实物照片联系我们，我们核实后为你处理。
