We accept return or exchange requests within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your parcel.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for return or exchange:
- The fridge magnet must be unused, undamaged, and kept in original packaging.
- No scratches, stains or signs of wear.
- Custom engraved / personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the product arrives defective.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Personalized / custom-made products
- Products damaged by improper use after delivery
- Clearance / final sale items
How to Apply for Return
1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item.
2. Wait for our confirmation and return authorization before sending the parcel back.
3. We will send you the return address after approval.
Return Shipping Cost
Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Original shipping cost when you placed the order is non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refund will go back to your original payment method. The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive broken, defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund at our cost.

退换货政策
概述
我们支持在签收包裹起30自然日内申请退货或换货。
退换货条件
商品需要满足以下条件才可受理：
- 冰箱贴未使用、无破损，保留原包装
- 无划痕、污渍、人为磨损痕迹
- 定制刻字类商品不支持无理由退换，仅收到货品本身存在质量问题时可处理
不可退换商品
- 个性化定制产品
- 签收后因人为使用不当造成损坏的商品
- 清仓特价、标注不退不换的商品
退换申请流程
1. 发送邮件至 [email protected]，提供订单号以及商品实拍照片
2. 等待我们审核确认，拿到退货授权后再寄回包裹
3. 审核通过后，我们会提供退货地址
退货运费说明
退回运费由买家承担。
下单时的原发运费不予退还。
退款处理
我们收到退回商品并查验无误后，会在5–10个工作日内安排退款。
款项原路退回至您的支付账户，实际到账时间以支付服务商为准。
破损/发错商品处理
如果收到破损、瑕疵、发错的商品，请在签收7天内提供照片联系我们，我们将免费补发或者全额退款。
